01 DISCOVERABILITY

AI tools mention this brand when asked about its product category without prompting.
The product category is clearly stated on the homepage.
Schema.org markup defines the product category.
The brand appears consistently across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Gemini.
The brand name and domain are consistent across all web presence.
An llms.txt file exists at the site root.

02 NAVIGABILITY

AI tools accurately describe what the product does.
AI tools correctly identify who the product is for.
AI tools know the correct pricing tier or free trial status.
AI tools can explain what makes the product different from competitors.
The homepage answers "what is this and who is it for" in the first screenful.
Product descriptions do not contradict each other across pages.

03 OPERABILITY

API documentation exists and is publicly accessible.
API endpoints return typed error responses, not generic messages.
Authentication does not require browser-only OAuth flows.
Rate limit responses include Retry-After guidance.
Structured data (Schema.org) is present on key pages.
An OpenAPI spec or equivalent machine-readable API description exists.

04 RECOVERABILITY

AI tools update incorrect beliefs when given accurate context.
AI tools do not confidently assert outdated information.
Error messages include a suggested next action.
404 responses include links to valid resources.
A changelog or last-updated date is present on key content.

05 TRANSPARENCY

AI tools accurately represent product limitations.
The llms.txt includes a limitations section.
Pricing is stated clearly and consistently.
The product does not overclaim capabilities in marketing copy.
Terms of service are accessible at a stable, plain text URL.
